Train keeps a Rollin
They were soon fine and acceptable to the crowd, while becoming a Band that doesn't require an opening act. Pat should never sing "Bruises" with the opening act he brought out. Bring Ashley Monroe for a great song, or don't sing it. The standard opening CALLING ALL ANGELS seems like it is becoming a classic. They now have plenty of material to put on an easy and competitive 2 1/2 hr show, as mentioned. Guitarist Stafford was missing, and it changed the flavor of the band, not for the bad. It just changed the direction and brought a noticeable difference to the sound and some interesting new voices. Loved UNDER PRESSURE, but stay away from Tom Petty, too hard to duplicate. Well worth the trip, seen them 4 times.
